Located approximately 10 minutes from Cairns city, it is the oldest member course on the city's golf courses. The course is flat and the fairways and greens are widespread, but there are water hazards and forests everywhere, making it a strategic design. Four days out of seven days a week, competitions for members are held, and the days that the general public can play are limited to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Palmer Sea Reef Port Douglas (formerly Sea Temple Golf & Country Club) is a relatively new golf course that opened in July 1999. Designed by Peter Thomson, this course is a Links style championship course, but it is surrounded by tropical rainforest and has a slightly different course design than regular links style. A resort is attached on site, and it is famous as a golf resort for VIP purveyors.

A resort course located on the grounds of the Sheraton Mirage Hotel, about 60 minutes from Cairns City. It is not a difficult course, but it is a popular course with a good view and features wild crocodiles inhabiting the in-course pond and river. The prospects for the course are good, and the green is almost flat, so you don't have to be too nervous for the first play.

A membership system course located about 20 minutes from Cairns city. The course is recommended for beginners as it has a short distance and less undulation and is flat. As it is a course by the sea, there is also a hole where you can see the yacht harbor and the beach. Since competitions are open for members on Saturdays and Sundays, social players can only play on weekdays.
